Need Help With Claims
Many Veteran Service Organizations have Service Officers. If you are in the Paris Texas Area, you have several options to get assistance with claims. Two of the easiest are to either seek assistance with the Veteran County Service Officer at the Lamar County Services Building or with a Chapter Service Officer of the Disabled American Veterans. (The latter can be found at the Red River Valley Veterans Memorial Museum Business Office). Both are free for the Veteran or family member to use.
Remember that the Veteran Service Auxiliaries have a great deal to offer
Each of the Auxiliaries exists to serve the Veterans of the community and their families.
Monthly Veterans and First Responder Breakfasts
If you are a veteran or first responder in the Paris, Texas area, the Paris Elks Lodge hosts a free breakfast for you. The breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10: am on the third Saturday of the month at the Paris Elks Lodge, 2110 36th St NE, Paris, TX 75462.
